Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and bdlbet ("Company", "we"). By accessing the bdlbet website, registering an account or using any services provided by bdlbet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms in this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must stop using the bdlbet platform immediately. The basic eligibility requirements to use this platform are as follows:

• Not included on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services
• Acting in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any business entity

Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) bdlbet account. Holding multiple accounts under the same name or the same identity is a breach of terms and will result in the closure of all related accounts and the confiscation of any remaining balances.

During registration, you must provide true, accurate and current information including your full name as per your MyKad, an active mobile number and a valid email address. bdlbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance purposes.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account password and login information confidential
• Updating your personal information if any changes occur
• Ensuring no unauthorised access to your account by any other party
• Notifying bdlbet immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the bdlbet platform are subject to the following limits and conditions:

• Minimum deposit amount for all payment methods: RM10
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50
• Withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours

Payment methods accepted by bdlbet include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) except payments made via cryptocurrency, which are subject to the prevailing exchange rate.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. bdlbet reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal in order to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

bdlbet offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. The welcome bonus available to new members is a 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. The applicable wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received.

Examples of wagering requirement calculations:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500
• Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,000 → Account balance RM3,200 → Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000

Additional terms applicable to all bdlbet bonuses:

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn or converted directly into cash
• bdlbet reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there are signs of misuse or fraud
• Wagering requirements must be met within the period stated for each bonus offer

Game Rules and Betting

The bdlbet platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, sic bo and arcade games. Each game category has its own specific rules that all users must follow.

General rules applicable to all games:

• Game results produced by the Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in technical situations that affect the integrity of the game
• Any technical fault that occurs while a game is in progress will be handled in accordance with bdlbet's existing policy
• bdlbet reserves the right to void or adjust betting results if an odds pricing error or significant technical error occurs

For sports betting and live betting, the odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are the applicable odds unless there is a clear pricing error. bdlbet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.

Prohibited Activities and Misconduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdlbet platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Use of automated software, bots, or any tools designed to exploit or manipulate games
• Collusion between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity
• Creating fake accounts or providing misleading identity information
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, system errors, or pricing errors
• Any form of threats, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other users

Account Closure and Suspension

bdlbet reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Account closure request from the user themselves
• Suspicious activity or activity that potentially violates the law
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents within the specified period
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact bdlbet customer service via live chat or email. All valid fund balances in the account will be processed for withdrawal subject to the relevant terms and verification.

Limitation of Liability

bdlbet will not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game or betting outcomes
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control
• Unauthorised access to a user account due to the user's own negligence
• Data damage or loss resulting from use of the platform
